Manoush is the most traditional Lebanese breakfast. The ‘pizza’ like cuisine consists of dough rolled flat with different toppings ranging from zaatar (vegetarian and vegan friendly), cheese, ground meat and different combinations of these. It is served sliced or folded either for breakfast or lunch. We make all our mixes on site using fresh and quality ingredients guaranteeing freshness in every bite! All manoush is made to order on premises and the café bakes “mini” manoush available for purchase from the glass display in store every day.
